Integral the heart of the systeminclude: project planning, budget management, contract management, strike a balanceand run up an account, payment management, report management, engineeringmeasurement, data management, fixed assets. The kernel business layer isimplemented by Spring. In the data access layer, Hibernate is used to establish themapping between object of Java and database entities, to reduce the JDBC directoperations, and to make the use of data retrieval and updates, transaction processing,database connection pool operations simpler.In this paper, on the basis of the full system requirements analysis and the choiceof system solutions, I described the focus of the overall system design and realizationof the site, and in the last the test results were described in detail.The project development process, from the requirements analysis to the finalends and operation of the entire process are based on software implement norms. Atpresent, the project has now been put into practical operation, theprogress ofongoing projects control and staff appraisal has played a very active role.
