Design And Implementation Of The Information Platform For Public Security Supervision

Public security supervision management refers to the implementation of monitoring and supervision to the public security unit and people's police with the law to perform their duties,exercise their power duties,and obey the disciplines by the department or organization authorized by the government.The information platform designed and developed for this purpose is to be able to integrate the existing information resources more effectively,shorten the flow of information communications between various departments,and provide efficient information management system for police officers.This information platform aims to provide a comprehensive information system for public security supervision and management.The work in this thesis mainly includes the design and implementation of this information platform.The main content of this work is summarized as follows.1,We are familiar with the existing information systems,and their detailed functions,as well as the used data and data structure.2,We analyze the actual work of police and determine the integration framework of various sub-systems.Based on the requirements from users,we determine the target performance of the information platform.3,In accordance with the database design specifications,we design and construct a database suitable for the platform based on the requirements from users.4,We design and develop the platform web interface,various application modules of the platform and all the business functions that the platform expects to complete.5,We integrate all of the above implemented modules,and complete the overall development of the public security supervision and management information platform(first edition).After the completion of the work,in order to check the performance of the information platform,the relevant staffs carry out a number of test operations,by considering the overall operation of the platform,and problems in all cases,which reduce the system BUG,and the chance of error occurring due to human factors.The overall operation of the platform has reached the desired aim.So far,we achieve the function of a one-stop log,a high degree of sharing information resources,law enforcement process supervision,supervision process records and others.This platform can be used to speed up the management information in the police among different departments,enhance the efficiency of the police officers,and meet the needs of current public security supervision and management information.
