Design And Implementation Of Electronic Business Platform For Heilongjiang Post Garden

The report of the 19th National Congress of the party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization as one of the seven development strategies of the new era,and the development of rural e-commerce is an important way for China's rural areas to get out of poverty in an all-round way and a strong grasp of the strategy of rural revitalization to win the precise battle against poverty.And Heilongjiang province in electronic commerce to help the implementation of the strategy of poverty alleviation,obviously lagging behind the whole country.As a state-owned enterprise with universal service obligations,Heilongjiang Post is committed to promoting the development of electronic commerce in Heilongjiang rural areas and promoting the effective implementation of the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Heilongjiang.Based on this background,this paper aims at the problems such as the relatively backward development of rural e-commerce due to the weak foundation of rural e-commerce in Heilongjiang Province,the relatively small output of agricultural products in single-family small homes,the inability to connect with existing platforms,and the lack of access to supply and demand for green agricultural products in small houses due to the lack of information chain.This paper puts forward the idea of building the Heilongjiang Post Small Garden E-commerce Platform to help accurately alleviate poverty,and makes a thorough analysis of the feasibility of the "Little Garden" E-commerce Platform in light of the development of Heilongjiang Rural E-Commerce and Heilongjiang Post E-Commerce.On the basis of making full use of the existing resources and the advantages of the industry,this paper puts forward the design plan of the small vegetable garden e-commerce platform,and arranges and plans the implementation strategy of the small vegetable garden e-commerce platform from the aspects of system construction,channel construction,platform promotion,etc..This paper fully demonstrates the great practical significance of constructing and popularizing electronic commerce platform of small vegetable garden of Heilongjiang post in promoting the development of electroniccommerce of Heilongjiang post,and helping our province to realize the task of poverty alleviation as soon as possible.
