Design And Implementation Of Supervision And Assessment Management Information System For Yueqing

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly and has obtained the achievement of world interest. With the proper and efficient policy proposals, China economic aggregate ranked second in the world. However, following with the development of the ages, the economic development of China has appeared various problems. These problems force government to focus on the further transformation of government functions, working efficiency improvement, legitimate administration and efficient administration. Therefore, it needs to strengthen the supervision and inspection of government departments in order to solve the difficulties and problems encountered in China’s development process.Yueqing is a county-level city of Zhejiang with a population of nearly 1300,000. The economy is very prosperous. In order to advance economic and social development, the government of Yueqing establishes the administrative supervision and performance appraisal system. This thesis focuses on how to build a management information system of administrative supervision and performance appraisal, finally making it possible to build an e-government management information system which meets a real need of Yueqing by using of modern information technology.Beginning with the analysis of the e-government system at home and abroad, especially the management system of administrative supervision and performance appraisal, this thesis identifies the function and performance requirements of the system according to realistic supervision and assessment work of Yueqing; then it provides the whole design architecture, divides the function module, and complete the database design; With the implementation of the system, the function and performance of the system are tested at last.Yueqing administrative supervision and performance appraisal management information system consists of three parts, which are administrative supervision management subsystem, performance appraisal management subsystem and system maintenance and administration subsystem. Each subsystem includes many functional modules. Function independency, but interface tightness. The system adopts a layered architecture. Through the HTTP protocol, the client communicates with the server to send requests and receive responses. The server is divided into three layers, which are presentation layer, business layer and model layer.It adopts software engineering, theories of information management system and UML tools to design the system by using the Java programming language. My SQL is chosen as the database management system, Eclipse as integrated development tool, and Tomcat as the Web server. The system has a friendly and simple interface. The functionality and performance of the system are performing as expected with complete development documentation.
