With the development of knowledge economy,Knowledge sharing is paid more andmore attention to. University interdisciplinary team burdened the important subject itemswhich are from state, province, and the educational department. the solution of these subjectitems can not be thought by a person only, but traditional subject teams are just make up ofsolo subject, which are lack of the variety of knowledge, so it is necessary to establish theinterdisciplinary team and strengthen the knowledge sharing of their inner. In a way,knowledge sharing can provide team performance, so the inner of the Universityinterdisciplinary team are paid close attention to. Take the university interdisciplinary team ofits own characteristics; it can accept the elasticity requirement of knowledge sharing infunction, form and operation, at the same time, the inner environment of the team and themembers’ personal advantage are contribute to improve the effect of knowledge sharing.At present, there are few researches about interdisciplinary team, and the research of theinner team is even less. Therefore, this article takes the University of Interdisciplinary team asthe research object, and combines the characteristic and the superiority of the Universityinterdisciplinary team. Through the analysis of the status of knowledge sharing, itcomprehend some effects of knowledge sharing. Through looking up the literature, this articlehave abundant theoretical basis, and on this basis, it establishes the knowledge sharingevaluation index system of University interdisciplinary team, and finally come to a conclusion.The most important factor is derived from the support of the team; the effects of the teamculture atmosphere are more profound. And then have an empirical research on knowledgesharing to some University interdisciplinary team by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,at the same time, it proposed the improvement. At last, based on the universityinterdisciplinary knowledge sharing index system, this article put forward the Suggestions onthree aspects, and expect the university interdisciplinary team can pay more attention to theteam culture atmosphere, and to perfect and assistant it on other ways in order to achieve aneffect of knowledge sharing.This article has both theoretical significance and practical significance. Established a setof complete and a directional University interdisciplinary team knowledge sharing indexsystem through qualitative and quantitative methods, and provides a good basis for future research.
