Knowledge is the key and advanced factor in obtaining competitiveness of organization,which is concentrated by organization in knowledge economy era, knowledge managementhas become the focal points of all walks of life. University scientific research teams inuniversity is an important component of national innovation body, Exploring the factors thataffect knowledge sharing level in the University scientific research teams possess importantsignificance. Knowledge is not reduced, but also can create greater value after knowledgesharing. How to realize knowledge sharing in University scientific research teams has becomethe focal components of research.The paper sets university scientific research teams as research object, engages inresearching on the influential factors’ impact on the level of knowledge sharing within theuniversity scientific research teams. First of all, expound the contents about universityscientific research teams, knowledge sharing and other aspects of research, further establishthe theoretical framework. On the basis of theoretical research, construct model of impact ofthe factors of knowledge sharing level in the University scientific research teams from theperspective of the knowledge sharing process. Put forward research assumptions from themain body of knowledge sharing, knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing channel,knowledge sharing environment elaborated on the knowledge sharing mechanism. Based onlots of research results, the paper designs the questionnaire. With the help of data analysis, thedescriptive statistical analysis is conducted on the collected data, and the reliability andcredibility of the measurement tables are testified. Descriptive statistical analysis indicatesthat the collected data sample tallies with the real situation fundamentally. The result ofcredibility and validity test demonstrates that the study is highly reliable and valid on thewhole. In order to testify the conceptual model and research hypothesis, structural equationmodel is adopted to empirically verify the theoretical model construction. According to themodel fit indices, hypothesis model and actual observation data have good fitting degree, thehypothesized model can be accepted. The level of knowledge sharing in the Universityscientific research teams can be descripted from the main body of knowledge sharing,knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing channel, knowledge sharing environment. The influence of these four factors on the level of knowledge sharing in University scientificresearch teams is almost the same, in which the knowledge sharing channel factor hassignificantly positive effect. Finally, measures that should be taken to improve the knowledgesharing level within University scientific research teams are introduced based on theinfluential factors.
