Innovation is the power in the era of the knowledge economy. The university scientificresearch teams, as the main body of the state innovation, shoulder the great missions ofscience and technology improvement and talents training. The university scientific teams aretypical knowledge teams, in which the knowledge plays an important role. The teams cannotdevelop without knowledge sharing which is also the foundation of the knowledge creating.Since knowledge plays an important role in the university scientific research teams,knowledge sharing between the team members will certainly promote the team standard andhelp to realize the team goals. Knowledge sharing in the scientific research teams is a key linkwhich affects the achievements of the science and technology. Analysis of the knowledgesharing process and knowledge sharing mechanism is of great significance. It will definitelypromote the university scientific research competitive capacity and enhance the innovationcapacity.This paper analyzes the characteristics and network of knowledge sharing in universityscientific research team on the basis of defining the university scientific research team andknowledge sharing. Through the analysis of the university scientific research team knowledgesharing process, this paper builds up a model named knowledge sharing standard influencingfactors model, in which many factors have been proven to influence the knowledge sharingstandard. This paper also reveals the university scientific research team knowledge sharingformation mechanism and knowledge sharing efficiency. University scientific research teamknowledge sharing creativity is a process in which the knowledge sharing provider passes theknowledge on to the receiver in a specific way under a certain circumstance. This paperarising from the dimension of the knowledge sharing process analyzes the university scientificresearch team knowledge sharing standard, constructs the knowledge sharing standardinfluencing factors model, and put forward some related hypothesis through the followingfive aspects: knowledge sharing provider, knowledge sharing receiver, characteristics ofknowledge, knowledge sharing path, and the knowledge sharing environment.On this basis, using the existing research achievements for reference, combing with thecharacteristics of the university scientific research team, this paper designs questionnaire and revises the questionnaire by expert consulting method and small area pre-investigationmethod. After this, this paper collects the statistic data through distributing questionnairesurvey to massive groups of people. This paper uses the SPSS17.0to analyze the statisticresults, testing the representativeness, credibility and validity of the questionnaire survey.According the practical survey data, this paper uses the structural equation model to test theconceptual model and the hypothesis put forward before. Because the research object not onlycontains the variables which can be directly measured but also consists of the variables whichcannot be measured directly. The paper uses the structural equation model to analyze data inorder to better reflect the relationship between the influencing factors. According to thehypothesis and the relationship between the influencing factors, this paper constructs theuniversity knowledge sharing influencing factors and the path relation model. Then it usesAMOS7.0to analyze the each fit index of the model, observing the degree of fitness betweenthe hypothetical model and the actual measurement data. On the basis of the revised index,the paper corrects the model, adds the covariation relationship of the observed variables, andexplains the relationship between the variables. Furthermore, this paper tests the fit index ofthe revised model, verifying the degree of fitness between the hypothetical model and theactual measurement data, checking the research hypothesis. It further analyzes the researchresults. On this basis, from the pointview of improving the university independent innovationcapacity, this paper proposes countermeasures to promote the university scientific researchteam knowledge sharing standard from the following aspects: strengthening the organizationalculture construction, setting up the incentive mechanism, constructing the knowledge sharingplatform in the university research team and so on.
