When scientific research strength increasing stronger, university innovation team become the country’s most main innovation base, the university innovation team carryed out a series of national and local science and technology innovation project, innovation subject, etc, made a very important results, promote the development of the national science and technology progress, improve the nation’s scientific and technological innovation strength. However, with the improvement of university innovation team’s ability and the increasing results, and the innovation team itself progress constantly at the same time, the university innovation team also exposed problems of internal communication and sharing too little, it affected the university innovation team improving the innovation ability further. Innovation team is a generator of knowledge, everyone strives for innovation in the collective. Innovation team must promotes learning, accelerates the knowledge accumulation, sharing of knowledge effectively is key to the success or failure in the innovation team. So in this paper, the factors of the effect of knowledge sharing among the members of the university innovation team are studied, combing through literature and reference of predecessors’ research results, build the influencing factors model of affecting knowledge sharing in the process of university innovation team. Obtained the survey data by hand, analysis the influencing factors model by applying the empirical analysis in this paper, obtained the significant influence factors in the university innovation team knowledge sharing:including the features of members and the team (shared intention, knowledge ability, team culture, team organizational structure, team system), knowledge sharing situation (knowledge complexity, costs and benefits, the members of team motivation, technology platform, material support), knowledge characteristics (absorption of knowledge in the long-term, knowledge distance), personality of members, property rights protection, tacit/explicit knowledge. Then simulating the knowledge sharing model of the university innovation team by using the tool and method of system dynamics, studying the condition of the system performance in system dynamics mechanism under the action of multiple factors. According to the influencing factors of operational Suggestions and countermeasures, so as to better promote the university innovation team knowledge sharing, improve the innovative ability of university innovation team.
