As the main Institute of knowledge,colleges and universities bear the responsibility of knowledge production,dissemination and innovation.College students,as the inheritors of advanced knowledge,have injected new energy into knowledge innovation and scientific research creation in Colleges and universities.With the advancement of teaching,scientific research,subject,competition and other activities,knowledge exchange and sharing are becoming more and more important for group building.In recent years,many interdisciplinary teams,such as scientific research teams,community organizations and temporary groups formed by the competition,have flocked in.The healthy development of the team cannot be separated from the internal knowledge sharing.However,at present,the effect of knowledge sharing among different types of College Students' teams is uneven.Based on the previous research results on the influencing factors of knowledge sharing,this paper takes the interdisciplinary team of college students as the research object,aiming at improving the atmosphere of knowledge sharing,promoting knowledge flow and integration,and studies the influencing factors of knowledge sharing of the interdisciplinary team of College students.On the basis of consulting,collating and reviewing the existing research results,this paper defines the concept of interdisciplinary team and team knowledge sharing,and constructs a model of knowledge sharing of interdisciplinary team,which takes sharing intention,sharing quality,organizational climate,supervisory incentive,relationship capital and interdisciplinary characteristics as independent variables,and knowledge sharing effect as dependent variables.Through data analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: team knowledge sharing is influenced by trust-based relational capital;the more heterogeneous the discipline of team members is,the higher the requirement for the quality of team members' sharing;team size is significantly related to the willingness to share;knowledge sharing effect is significantly affected by organizational climate and supervisory incentive system;The difference of background does not hinder the knowledge sharing among members.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing among college students' team,an atmosphere of interdisciplinary communication among college students,and a network of interdisciplinary team relationships among college students.
