The core strength of national economic development lies in innovation.As one of the main body of regional innovation,the university scientific research team should shoulder the responsibility of technological innovation.Among them,talents are an important part of the scientific research team in universities.Research talents promote the formation of knowledge-based teams,and knowledge drives the development of team activities.It can be seen that the research of the entire team's scientific research project is deeply constrained by the degree of sharing.The depth and breadth directly determine whether the scientific research goals of the team can be achieved and whether scientific literacy can be improved.This paper narrows the scope of research to colleges and universities,and limits research objects to the main body of scientific research teams.It focuses on analyzing the shared trajectory of information,technology,and other knowledge,explaining the interaction mechanism,and revealing the basic structure of knowledge sharing.Take the concept of knowledge sharing as the starting point,the concept and characteristics of knowledge sharing,knowledge sharing of the scientific research team in the university are defined and summarized from a philosophical point of view.It also studies the sharing process of knowledge in the scientific research team of universities and forms a highly efficient and synergistic sharing movement mechanism.Analyzing the three dimensions of the subject,the object,and the environment.It reveals the obstacles that affect the level of knowledge sharing and the ability to reduce innovation in knowledge providers,receivers,and sharing environments,and proposes relatively specific solutions.That is to say,based on the theory of philosophy of science and management philosophy,people-oriented,knowledge sharing,objective laws and synergetics are taken as the ideological foundation.Create shared conditions from four aspects: sharing form,knowledge base system,technical infrastructure,and cultural atmosphere.Improve the sharing approach from five aspects: knowledge supervisor,training mechanism,organizational model,normative incentive and restraint mechanism.From the constituent elements,operating mechanism,basic structure and main functions,build a scientific research team innovation system based on knowledge sharing.Ultimately,it will be of great significance to increase the supply level of knowledge-sharing subjects,expand demand,broaden channels,and create a shared culture.This will be of great significance in improving the competitiveness of scientific research and playing its leading role in innovation.
