Research On The Knowledge Sharingf For University Interdisciplinary Team From Social Network Perspective

University interdisciplinary team is the main organization form of solving major social problems and scientific difficulties. However, because of the heterogeneity of university interdisciplinary team, the effect of knowledge sharing is not obvious. How to promote the efficiency of the University-interdisciplinaryteam knowledge sharing is the concern of the scientists and administrators.This paper has first made introduction of the background and significance of this research, combing the domestic and foreign related research in the field of literature, mainly for university interdisciplinary teams, in which the research status quo, limitations of social network and knowledge sharing is discussed. Second, the author has formulated related concepts and theoretical basis of this study, mainly including interdisciplinary team theory, theory of knowledge sharing, organization,. The essay has discussed the concept of social network theory and defined the concept of the university interdisciplinary team, providing theoretical basis for the following research. Then, based on the existing theory and model, the author has analyze the factors that influence university interdisciplinary team knowledge sharing and the staged characteristics of knowledge network, putting forward the university interdisciplinary team knowledge sharing model under the social network perspective. With the interviews of 3 interdisciplinary team of the H University as cases, the author has explored the social network of university interdisciplinary team knowledge sharing mechanism from three aspects. Next, on the basis of the previous interview, after empirical investigation and data processing, the author has described the social network structure of the case team from the density, distance, centricity, the subgroup to analyze the network. The author has further verified the above interdisciplinary team knowledge sharing model, and put forward specific suggestions for the managers of university interdisciplinary team.
