In today's complicated international environment,in order to strengthen China's overall national strength and make China stand in the forest of the world's powerful countries,the state regards "scientific and technological power" as one of the important strategies for national development.As a frontier of scientific research,colleges and universities have a crucial influence on the development of science and technology in China.Among them,knowledge runs through the entire scientific research process,and tacit knowledge accounts for a large proportion of all knowledge.At present,most researches on tacit knowledge sharing are concentrated in enterprises and social organizations,and there are few studies on tacit knowledge sharing for college students.The sharing of tacit knowledge is conducive to increasing the core competitiveness of university research teams and improving the work efficiency of graduate groups in research teams.However,in reality,there are many problems in the tacit knowledge sharing of graduate students in university research teams.As a major force in the research team of colleges and universities,the postgraduate group influences the development of the entire research team.How to improve the tacit knowledge sharing efficiency of the graduate students in the university research team is an important issue that the university needs to solve now.This paper takes the theory of internal demand under the theory of self-determination as the model theory basis.The theory is mainly from the perspective of organic dialectics,expounding how the external environment promotes the internal motivation of individuals and the internalization of extrinsic motivation,and effectively reveals the path of external intervention to individual motivation.In the past empirical research It has been widely recognized and used.This paper starts from the environmental factor-social capital,in which social capital discusses through the three dimensions: social relationship,trust,and common goal,and studies its direct influence on the tacit knowledge sharing behavior of the graduate student group in colleges and universities,and presupposes The social capital in environmental factors will have an impact on the self-efficacy of intrinsic motivation,and will also have an impact on the behavior of tacit knowledge sharing in the graduate group of university research teams.This paper takes the postgraduate group in the research team of the University of Electronic Science and Technology as the research object,collects data by means of on-site online questionnaire filling in each laboratory,and verifies and analyzes the model through SPSS software for correlation analysis and path test.And theoretically discuss and explain the results obtained.The conclusions drawn from the study are: the three dimensions of social capital in environmental factors have a significant positive correlation with the impact of tacit knowledge sharing behavior;social capital-social relations The positive impact of social capital-common goals on self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing behavior.(1)Social capital-social relations have a significant positive impact on the tacit knowledge sharing of graduate students in university research teams.This means that the closer and more harmonious the relationship between the graduate students in the university research team,the more beneficial to the tacit knowledge sharing behavior between them.(2)Social capital-social trust has a significant positive impact on the tacit knowledge sharing of graduate students in university research teams.When team members understand each other and trust each other,it will effectively reduce the obstacles caused by the generation of tacit knowledge sharing behavior due to psychological insecurity.It will further promote the generation of tacit knowledge sharing between team members.(3)Social capital-common goal has a significant positive impact on the tacit knowledge sharing of graduate students in university research teams.The more common interests,common topics,common language,and common goals among team members will help to exclude people outside the team members,which will lead to the generation of tacit knowledge sharing between team members.(4)Self-efficacy plays a part in mediating effects between social capital-social relations and tacit knowledge sharing behaviors.The closer the relationship between the graduate students in the scientific research team is,the strong bond relationship is formed,and the individual has an intimate connection with the individual.At this time,the individual will have a higher sense of self-efficacy in the team,which will promote the individual to self.The tacit knowledge at hand is shared with other individuals in the team.(5)Self-efficacy plays a part in mediating effects between social capital-common goals and tacit knowledge sharing behaviors.Graduate students in university research teams have more common topics,common interests,and common goals,which will make the team exclude people outside the team.At this time,individuals will have a strong sense of self-efficacy and will encourage individuals to The tacit knowledge that you have is shared with other members of the team.
