The single factor regression analysis sugession different gender、age、marital status、occupation、education level、place of residence、 method of payment、economic conditions、Proposed program of treatment、vision、 duration of disease and systemic disease in patients with anxiety and depression incidence vary, but the differences was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3.The incidence and scores of anxiety and depression in ophthalmology patients with different diseases vary。Among them the optic nerve retinopathy have the highest incidence of anxiety, corneal patients have the highest depression. Anxiety and depression scores in corneal patients were the highest.4. The inflence factors of anxiety and depression in different diseases(1)The incidence of anxiety in cataract patients and educational level differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the incidence of depression and occupation、education level、payment methods differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Anxiety scores and gender differences、education levelwere statistical significance (P<0.05), depression scores and gender differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). (2)Lacrimal duct disease in patients with anxiety and depression scores and gender were statistically significant (P<0.05), but other factors were not statistically significant (P>0.05).(3)Depression scores and live in the glaucoma patients was statistically significant (P<0.05), and other factors were not statistically significant (P>0.05).(4)Corneal disease in patients with depression scores, the incidence of depression with the duration was statistically significant (P<0.05), and other factors with anxiety and depression are not statistically significant (P>0.05).(5)Uveitis in patients with anxiety scores and the occupation was statistically significant (P<0.05), and other factors with anxiety and depression are not statistically significant (P>0.05). Other various factors and other diseases, anxiety and depression are not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Ophthalmology hospitalized patients are sufferred from anxiety and depression negative psychological disorder, anxiety scores and depression scores are positively correlated.2.Anxiety and depression incidence of hospitalized patients were not affected by the social demographic characteristics. Anxiety and depression scores are subject to the influence of gender, age, marital.. The optic nerve retinopathy was the highest incidence of anxiety. The corneal disease was the highest incidence of depression. Corneal disease in patients were the highest anxiety and depression scores.(4)According to the results of the survey, wu should reduce the psychological burden of the ophthalmology inpatient at the same time treaing them, Taking effective interventions to improve the level of mental health of the eye hospitalized patients.
