ObjectiveColorectal cancer has been one of the most common therioma in clinic in past several years both at home and abroad.Colorectal cancer patients ranked higher incidence of depression and anxiety than normal people.This study evaluated the psychological and emotional state of colorectal cancer patients,and explored the influence of psycho-social factors on patients such as the general demographic factors,personality characteristics,disease factors,and the social support.It provides basis for further improvement of comprehensive diagnosis,and is helpful to construct a reasonable psychological intervention pattern.Method100 cases of patients that were pathologically diagnosed with colorectal cancer in Affiliated First Hospital of China Medical University from 2016.10 to 2017.5 were chosen.A questionnaire interview was used to evaluate 100 patients.The questionnaire was based on self-made general information questionnaire,HAMD,HAMA,QLQ-C30,PSSS,and AIS.Analysis the incidence rates of anxiety and depression symptoms and their influencing factors of the patients with colorectal cancer by t test(a=0.05),X~2 test,Logistic regression analysis,Spearman correlation analysis.Do data manipulation by SPSS19.0.Results1.In 98 cases of data,the incidence rate of depression is 26.5%(26/98);the incidence rate of anxiety is 20.4%(20/98);and the incidence rate of depression associated with anxiety is 11.2%(11/98).2.The result of X~2 test shows that:personal income,self-paid/insured,and sleep quality have highly significant impact on the occurred of depression(P<0.05);and the sleep quality have highly significant impact on the occurred of anxiety(P<0.01).Regression analysis revealed that the related factors of depression were personal income(OR=1.737,P=0.046),self-paid/insured(OR=3.428,P=0.028),sleep disorder(OR=1.095,P=0.049).Factors related to anxiety were self-paid/insured(OR=3.412,P=0.049)and sleep disorder(OR=1.294,P=0.000).3.Depression group and the non-depression group varied in general health status,functional fields(body,role,emotion,cognition,society)and symptom areas(except for shortness of breath,constipation,and diarrhea)(p<0.05).Anxiety group and non-anxiety group varied in various functional fields(body,role,emotion,cognition,society)and symptom areas(except pain,diarrhea,economic status)(P<0.05).Depression associated with colorectal therioma is inversely related to overall health status,functional areas(including body,role,mood,cognition,society).Fatigue,nausea and vomiting,ache,shortness of breath,insomnia,poor appetite,astriction,economic difficulties are positively related.Anxiety associated with colorectal therioma is inversely correlated with overall health status,functional areas(including body,role,mood,cognition,society).Fatigue,nausea and vomiting,ache,shortness of breath,insomnia,poor appetite,astriction is positively correlated.Conclusion1.The incidence of depressive and anxious symptoms in colorectal cancer patients is much higher than that in normal general population,mainly mild and moderate.2.Personal income,self-paid/medical insurance and sleep disorder,have significant effects on the occurrence of depressive state in colorectal cancer patients.Self-paid/insured and sleep disorder,have a significant effect on the occurrence of anxiety symptoms in cancer patients.3.Depression and anxiety are closely related to the quality of life for colorectal cancer patients.
