ObjectiveTo investigate the occurrence and Influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy, and to provide theoretical basis for the implementation of targeted psychological intervention for patients with infectious fever during pregnancy.MethodsIn this study,269 patients with infectious fever in pregnancy were investigated by self-designed questionnaire of related influencing factors(including general data,pregnancy-related data, and clinically relevant information),Anxiety self-rating scale and Depression self-rating scale.Spss19.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was used for general data.T test was used for the measurement data of normal distribution.Chi-square test was used to compare two or more rates and composition ratios of classified data.Non-conditional logistic regression was used to analyze the significant variables of univariate analysis and screen out the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy.Results1.A total of 275 questionnaires were sent out and 272 were recovered.269 valid questionnaires were valid, with an effective response rate of 97.8%.Of 269 patients with infectious fever during pregnancy,165 were anxious, the detection rate was 61.3%,138 were depressed, the detection rate was 51.3%.The anxiety and depression scores of 269 pregnant women with infectious fever were 51.95±8.88?53.52±8.03,which were higher than those of healthy pregnant women without fever in China 37.23±12.95?41.88±10.57(P<0.05).2.Univariate analysis showed that occupation, history of infertility, health status during pregnancy, frequent checks and re-examinations,antipyretic methods and quality of medical care were related factors of anxiety in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy(P<0.05).Family relationship, pregnant attitude and pre-pregnancy health were the related factors of depression in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy(P<0.05).Educational level, residence, monthly income, gestational week, abortion history, knowledge of health care during pregnancy, unhealthy pregnancy and childbirth history of relatives and friends, fever degree, severity of symptoms accompanied by fever, fear of the influence of fever and medication on the fetus, fever frequency, psychological counseling of medical staff, sleep quality and nutritional status during fever are associated with anxiety in patients with infective fever during pregnancy. The common related factors of depression(P<0.05).3.Unconditional logistic regression analysis of anxiety influencing factors showed: educational level(OR=2.179,95% CI:1.361-3.487),fever degree(OR=4.581,95% CI:2.169-9.677),severity of fever accompanied by discomfort symptoms(OR=2.085,95% CI:1.191-3.651),fear of the influence of fever and medication on fetus(OR=2.875,95% CI:1.133-7.293)may be a Influencing factor for anxiety in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy. The knowledge of health care during pregnancy(OR = 0.241,95% CI: 0.122-0.476),psychological counseling of medical staff(OR = 0.174,95% CI: 0.076-0.399)were protective factors of anxiety in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy.4.Unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that education level(OR=1.836,95% CI:1.250~2.697),family relationship(OR=2.137,95% CI:1.130~4.044),nutritional status during fever(OR=2.002,95% CI:1.230~3.259)may be the related Influencing factors for depression in pregnant patients with infectious fever. The knowledge of health care during pregnancy(OR = 0.387,95% CI: 0.222-0.674)and psychological counseling of medical staff(OR = 0.317,95% CI: 0.164-0.615)were protective factors of anxiety in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy.Conclusions1.The average scores of anxiety and depression in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy were higher than the domestic norm.2.The risk factors of anxiety in patients with infectious fever during pregnancy are education level, fever degree, severity of fever accompanied by discomfort symptoms, fear of fever and the influence of medication on fetus.3.The risk factors of depression were education level, family relationship and nutritional status during fever.4.Understanding of health care knowledge during pregnancy and psychological counseling of medical staff are protective factors of anxiety and depression.
