ObjectiveBy investigating the status of anxiety and depression in mothers of HIE children who were hospitalized in unaccompaniedwards,we can understand the status anxiety and depression of them and analyze the influencing factors,so as to arouse the attention of medical staff and provide scientific basis for formulating effective intervention measures.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 mothers of HIE children who were hospitalized in two unaccompanied wards in Liaocheng People's Hospital from October 2016 to June 2017.Using self-made "HIE children and their mother general information questionnaire" to investigate and collect demographic information and disease situation. The anxiety, depression and social support status of mothers were assessed by SAS(self-rating anxiety scale),SDS(self-rating depression scale)and SSRS(Social Support Rating Scale).Collected data were analyed by statistical software SPSS22.0.The general data of children and their mothers were analyzed by descriptive index, including mean, standard deviation and percentage, etc.;The degree of mothers' anxiety, depression and influencing factors were analyzed by single sample and independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, multiple linear regression analysis.Results1.The self-rating anxiety scale showed that there were 63 cases(31.5%)had anxiety in the 200 mothers, the scores of anxiety were(46.11±8.28),compared with normal population(29.78±10.01),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Among them,45 cases(71.43%)were mild anxiety,18 cases(28.57%)were moderate anxiety,no severe anxiety, mainly to mild anxiety.2.The self-rating depression scale showed that there were 41 cases(20.5%)had depression in the 200 mothers, the scores of depression were(47.15±8.08),which were higher than those of the normal population(33.46 ± 8.55),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Among them,27cases(65.85%)were mild depressoin,14 cases(34.15%)were moderate depression,Ocaseswere severe depression, mainly to mild depression.3.The Social Support Rating Scale showed that the social support total scores of the 200mothers were(42.26 ± 6.07),which were lower than the normal level(44.38 ±8.38),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The objective support scores were(10.91±2.80),which were lower than the normal level(12.68±3.47),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Subjective support scoreswere(23.28±4.12),and there was no significant difference(p=0.068>0.05)between them and normal level(23.81±4.75).The social support utilization scores were(8.07±1.72),which was lower than the normal level(9.38±2.40),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).4.Univariate analysis showed that the scores of mothers' anxiety,hospitalizations>14 days group was higher than those in<7daysand 7-14 days;hospitalization cost>10000 yuan group was higher than<5000 yuan group and 500010000 yuan group; The age of the mother>35 years old was higher than that of the<25 years old group and the 25-35 years group;the scores of the peasant group were higher than those of the otheroccupation groups;the total monthly income of the family<5000 yuan group was higher than>10000 yuan group and 5000?10000 yuan group;peasant group scores were higher than city group;test tube baby group scores were higher than natural conception group;abnormal obstetric history group scores were higher than those of the non-abnormal obstetric group.Thesores of moters whose children had asphyxialresuscitation history were higher than those of mothers whose children had non-asphyxial resuscitation history;Thesores of severity groupwere higher than those of mild group and moderate group, and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).There were no significant differencs(p>0.05)between the sex of the children, premature or mature, the type of hospitalization cost, the degree of education, the mode of delivery, whether multiple pregnancies or not, whether intrauterine distress or not, whether amniotic fluid pollution or not.5.Univariate analysis showed that the scores of mothers'depression,hospitalizations>14 days group was higher than those of<7 days group and 7-14 days group;hospitalization cost>10000 yuan group was higher than<5000 yuan group and 5000?10000 group;the age of mothers>35 years old group was higher than those of<25 years old group and 25?35 years old group;the test tube baby group scores were higher than those of natural pregnancy group;the abnormal history of obstetric group was higher than that of non-abnormal obstetric group;the history of the asphyxia resuscitation group was higher than that of the non-asphyxial resuscitation group; The severity group sores were higher than those of mild group and moderate group, and the differences were statisticallysignificant(p<0.05).There were no significant differences(p>0.05)between sex, whether the premature birth, hospitalization cost type, culture level, occupation, place of residence, total monthly household income, mode of delivery, whether multiple pregnancy or not, whether intrauterine distress or not, whether amniotic fluid pollution or not.6.The scores of anxiety and depression in mothers were negatively correlated with social support scores and negatively correlated with all dimension scores.(The correlation coefficients between anxiety score and social support totalscore, objective support score, subjective support score and social support utilization are:r =-0.612,-0.685,-0.262,-0.415;The correlation coefficients betweendepression score and social support total score, objective supportive score, the subjective support score are:r =-0.550,-0.559,-0.275,-0.373).7.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that hospitalization expenses, mother's age, family monthlyincome, occupation,HIE disease index, objective support and social support utilization are the main influencing factors of mothes'anxiety.Hospitalization cost, mother'sage, fertilization way, abnormal obstetric history,HIE disease index, objective support are the main influencing factors of mothes'depression.Conclusions1.The mothers of HIE children in unaccompanied wards are in high incidence of anxiety and depression.2.The mothers'anxiety, depression of HIE childrenin unaccompanied wards are affected by a variety of factors, the hospitalization cost, mothers'age, family monthly income, occupation, fertilization way, abnormal obstetric history,HIE disease index, objective support, social support utilization are the main influencing factors.
