Objective: To explore the influencing factors of depression and anxiety in infertile women,and provide basis for intervention.Methods: The subjects were 128 infertile women who were prepared for in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment for the first time.The questionnair survey(including general infoumation,the questionnairs PHQ-9,GAD-7 and TCSQ scale)was adopted.The data analysis was perfoumed with SPSS 19.0 statistical software.Mean,standard deviation,rate,composition ratio were used to describe the general situation of the sample,?2 test was used to compare the demographic data of different psychological status of the sample,and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the depression of the patients in this sample.Anxious.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between depression,anxiety and coping style.Results: 1)Among 128 infertile women,the positive rate of depression was 50.8%(65/128),the positive rate of anxiety was 71.1%(91/128),and the positive rate of depression and anxiety were 44.5%(57/128).2)The positive rate of depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms was higher when the family income was low and pregnancy stress occurred.3)High annual income is the protective factor of depression and anxiety,is also the protective factor of depression and anxiety comorbidity,pregnancy stress is the risk factors of depression and anxiety.4)TCSQ positive coping of infertility patients had significant negative correlation with depression and anxiety symptoms(r=-0.804,P<0.01;r=-0.513,P<0.01),TCSQ negative coping was positively correlated with depression and anxiety(r=0.403,P<0.01;r=0.639,P<0.01).Conclusion: the infertile women had obvious symptoms of depression and anxiety when they were preparing for in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment,and their annual family income and pregnancy stress had a great influence on their anxiety and depression.It is necessary to give appropriate psycho-social intervention to improve anxiety and depression symptoms,alleviate pain and improve the quality of life of infertile women.
