During the January to December in2011. We investigate the macro fungi resources on the southeastern foot of Jiangxi agricultural university campus and surrounding region in Meiling in Nanchang.The number of macrofungal specimen colledted is115,77species were identified,belonged to basidiomycotina, hymenomycetes and gasteromycetes,5orders and22families44genera,52speciespure culture were obtained,9species is new records in Jiangxi province.4species of pure culture among them grew up mushroom.The mushrooms occurrence mainly concentrated on the warm and wet weather on the ground or dead wood, dead branches, stumps, falling leaves, miscellaneous wood in June.They are mainly polyporaceae and tricholomataceae.The optimal medium is potato synthetic medium for wild macro fungi separation. The spore ejection method is chose for the small fruiting body and thin fruiting body meat; tissue separation method is chose for the immature fruiting body;We chose both ways for the large and mature fruiting body. During the separation we found, when we get macrofungi fruiting body, doing some simple cleaning, It will be easier to get pure culture. We should immediately treat it, storage under low temperature may descrease the vitality of the fruiting body.The mushrooms occurrence mainly concentrated on first forest that is evergreen broad-leaved forest, second forest that is coniferous forest, third forest that is conifer-broadleaf forest, campus and surrounding areas. The fallen leaves are rich of humus layer in first forest, which have large numbers and species; while the fallen leaves are mainly needle in second forest, which have small numbers and species;the third forest is among them. The campus and surrounding areas also have small number because big number of passengers.The result from four kinds of macrofungi enzyme activity (amylase, carboxymethyl cellulase, xylanase, laccase) show that the wood-rotting fungi belongs to the polyporaceae and tricholomataceae with higher activity of laccase, amylase and xylanase, While the soil growth macrofungi such as the amanitaceae have a relatively high amylase activity.
