Nowadays, with the globalization of the knowledge economy, modern enterprises are facing more and more brand new challenges.Presently, so many enterprises have realized that talents can be found, cultivated and improved on the basis of training.Whether the training is reasonable and effective which rests upon curriculum design.I'll begin by the basic theory, which contains all different kinds of theories of training course programming. I use Nadler's Designing Training Programs:The Critical Events and Designing Flow of Modern Enterprise Training for reference, and also according to the present status of C company's training, I re-design a common flow of curriculum design, and utlize theories for research on the basis of its logic sequencing to analyse deficiencies of managers training curriculum of C company, and put forward to an improvement idea.There're some deficiencies in training flow, and in every step which are short of analysis and theory conduct.On the conduct of theory, combining C company's industry background, culture, training system, vocational development system, and according to the re-design flow to design curriculum scheme for managers of C company step by step.Through the design training curriculum scheme for low and high level managers, in order to prove that it is reasonable and effective.According to the present status of C company's training, and analyzing its deficiencies, and put forward an idea of optimaization, and then design a full set of training curriculum for all management employees of C company. In the total curriculum, I'll make it from different aspects, which are different classes, different positions, and different types for all the management employees. And then, to program and design different kinds of curriculum respectively for management employees and high-level management employees.In all, this paper is based on the research of training theory at home and abroad. It combines common problems during the course of implementing training and to optimize and redesign the training curriculum for C company. The updated training curriculum comes up to the development demands of C company at present and hope to provide examples for other similar enterprises.
