When car become one mean of transports, the requirements of cars aremore and more. The good weapon for major car brands compete for marketing is thesalesman, so to improve the professional quality of salesman is very important, also knownas a top priority in sales training.As C Company’s top model, WK is a kind of high-performance SUV and has the Jeepbrand descent which off-road enthusiasts is crazy about. So the introduction of newproducts as know as2011WK will undoubtedly need a good sales team to link the productand consumers together very smoothly. Before the announcement of the new models, thedealers of C Company need the sales training especially for salesman. Through the trainingsalesmen will have a more real understanding of the models, and then improve salesperformance.In this study, the author regards the introductions of WK new models as a great opportunity.As a sales department intern, the author participates in the new sales training for2011WK.And the sales training is the team work of sales and marketing department, mainlydesigned for domestic dealers. By analyzing the domestic auto industry sales trainingliterature, the author has reviewed and summarized relevant strategies to solve the problemof automotive sales training problems. In this paper, the2011WK training is seen as a casestudy, and the author combines with the problems in preparation and implementation ofthis sales training, and the feedback of salesman after sales training. And then based ongeneral understanding of the current car sales training, the author uses previously learnedtheoretical knowledge, and intends to improve or re-design the sales training. After that thefinal formation are a re-design sales training course curriculum (electronic version of thetraining courses can be an attachment on the dealer website) and a handbook of salespractical words for the WK. Finally, the author hopes this paper can be a future referencein the field of car sales training.
