In recent years,with the upgrading of social informatization,the speed of knowledge renewal is accelerating.Due to competition pressure,many enterprises have to pay more attention to employees’ improvement in skills so as to adapt to the rapid change of business via more investment in training.They strived to manifest tacit knowledge and success experience of enterprises as curriculum,and promote business development by quick and full coverage of whole employees via training.However,it is hard to rely on external training in such curriculum for enterprises.Due to limitation of enterprise trainers in experience and competence of course development,quality of such curriculum is facing unevenness and result expected is difficult to be realized.Therefore,it is urgent to implement a comprehensive curriculum evaluation so as to secure the quality of courses,thus to achieve the desired effect of training.Furthermore,there is no curriculum evaluation tool suitable for enterprise training for now.Based on the situation,the subject aims to propose a set of evaluation system of enterprise curriculum with high feasibility meeting training characteristics of enterprises.Thanks to years of research and development,curriculum development and evaluation have accumulated many achievements of mature theories,which are the important basis of this subject research.The paper tries to construct a comprehensive curriculum evaluation system,helping enterprises to improve the practicability of curriculum so as to improve the performance via the curriculum.In addition,it strives to provide standardized procedures and methods for enterprises ’ development in training curriculum so as to enhance the quality of enterprises’ curriculum effectively.Therefore,the subject of the paper is significant and valuable both in theory and in practice.This thesis contains six chapters for demonstration: Chapter one analyzes t the realistic background of the paper,introduces the research purpose and practical significance of this subject.It is the basis for the paper to determine research content and outline by analyzing research status at home and abroad.Chapter two conducts in-depth analysis on features and orientation of enterprise training.Through studying standard and characteristics of enterprises ’ curriculum,it knows clear about theinterests of enterprises.Chapter three is about evaluation and study on the formation of development process of enterprises’ curriculum.Through analyzing problems and challenges in the practice of developing enterprises ’ curriculum,it summarizes evaluation factors.Chapter four,through expert consultation to collect evaluation index for screening extraction,constructs a framework of index system based on the order of actual operation.Subsequently,framework of evaluation index system is completed through evaluation of each index weight with the assistance of AHP.On this basis,evaluation criteria,grading standards division and evaluation rubric are all realized.Chapter five conducts empirical research on program of curriculum development based on Baiduwaimai BD sequence so as to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system.Furthermore,it optimizes the index system to improve the evaluation rubric.Chapter six puts forward the prospect of future research on the basis of comprehensive research results of the paper.
