| Training,as the fundamental work of human resource development in enterprises,is of critical significance for them to invest in talents,so as to cope with the current complex and changeable environmental challenges,and achieve economic benefits and social value through the preservation and appreciation of human resources.Courses,no matter in the narrow sense of learning content of independent knowledge system,or in the broad sense of structured knowledge of positions,are important carriers to implement talents training,having a profound impact on the human resource development.As a traditional state-owned enterprise driven by technological innovation,C Group has always laid stress on the important role of human resources in enterprise development.However,in view of organizational structure,industry characteristics and other reasons,the existing training system fails to meet the actual requirements of the enterprise development.Although there exist various training courses applied in various enterprises,problems are constantly emerging,such as imperfect structure system,low degree of satisfaction of multiple needs,and inferior standardized operation efficiency.Through comprehensive investigation and analysis of C Group,combined with literature research,research and analysis as well as other research methods,starting from the problems encountered in the actual work,the paper makes an in-depth exploration of the existing the curriculum design provided C Group and strives to figure out problems of it.To this end,the concept of modular design is adopted for reference,and the existing training courses of C Group are modular reconstructed,so as to design a new framework of modular training course that meets the actual needs of C Group.In addition,in order to improve the scientificity and feasibility of the design scheme,this paper will also illustrate the practical application of it from the perspective of management level.It is expected that this study can serve as valuable reference for the improvement of training quality of C Group,and lay a good foundation for employees to improve their post ability and boost their work performance. |
