With rapid economic growth of our country, auto possession continue to increase, the same to the car type and quantity, so the same pressure to traffic management, vehicle regulatory increasingly trival, often tubal branch for law enforcement technology and check the measures is not perfect, to have heavy traffic worse, and frequent car theft, tax evasion phenomenon cause serious harm to the people, and for our country's tax income brings great loss. How to better solve the actual problem, rapid, accurate, timely information for vehicles to realize scientific management, has become urgent problems tubal branch. So get moving vehicle timely information and even positioning information, to improve the efficiency of vehicles pay cost fees, safety, hit tax evasion, pursuing escaped, and so has important practical significance.From above situation, this paper use technology of embedded, wireless network communicationt and GPS designed a set of vehicle information comprehensive management platform. A interactive system can cause vehicles information updates, display, far away collection, and realize the vehicle in the particular area of the positioning of the technical solutions, and through the wireless network, and to realize the multiple moving vehicles in the real-time, fast vehicle information law enforcement inquiries.Vehicle information management system mainly includes:the vehicle information query (such as the number of itself, the number of its engine, etc), vehicle positioning information (current location of itself), and vehicle management information (such as the annual examination, whether the spend some maney on recurring, whether pay for car emissions test), etc. Tubal branch of the vehicle can be the latest information in a wireless network effectively within the scope of the send to every car on the platform of the car that can also use the network to the information of each car quick inquiry. Realize the vehicle timely release qualified, fast filtering unqualified car and timely interception processing.The system includes:the Vehicle platform, PC control platform(handheld platform), wireless communication.The vehicle GPS information collection come ture by taking the embedded technology, which can preservation information, shows information, as well as to the PC to send command analytical, information update display, information interaction etc;PC control platform takeing control system interface design and communication come true by using the QT. which can send the orders, read the information of vehicle,display the information come from vehicle, translate the change orders, and exchange information each otherHandheld control platform own the same function with PC control platform, which mainly design convenience to law enforcement operation.System adopts embedded technology detailed design the vehicle platform, which can display positioning information, receive control command, the information feedback and update; written agreement of Wireless communication system by myself, the PC control system interface design, the GPS information and real-time maps showing, all what I do, services for further design.
