Intellectualized UPS Software Design And The Realization Of Serial Port Communication

This thesis is based on MC56F8356 embedded processors for UPS power supply was developed and implemented between UPS and PC serial communication.The UPS system is divided into hardware and software system.The thesis studies the function of the realization of the intelligent UPS power supply and UPS power intelligent technology associated with the automation system,at the same time,it implement the serial communication based on intelligent UPS.The application of serial communication in UPS is advantageous to the field of UPS system signal real-time acquisition, processing and monitoring, greatly improving the real-time performance and reliability of UPS systems.This thesis realized the intellectualized UPS software design and implementation of serial communication,mainly in the third and fourth chapter introduces.Paper work and research results are as follow:In the process of software design,the thesis gives the software architecture of intelligent UPS overall design scheme,but also introduces the basic information of the main control chip MC56F8356 and specific DSP resource allocation in detail. Intellectualized UPS functions of software are::opening time-sequence,shutdown time-sequence,fault handling, power factor correction (PFC) control protection, protection of the inverter control, LCD display, voice module, PC communication and so on.In order to simplify the coding and realize the real-time monitoring of UPS, the intellectualized UPS introduced the embedded real-time operating system software.So the paper in view of the real-time operating system (RTOS) and RTOS application in UPS has carried on the detailed introduction.On the basic of intelligent UPS architecture and MC56F8356 serial interface module (SCI),author realize the main function of the RS232 serial port communication by software programming smoothly,and also verify this function by the experiment of observing the feedback of the UPS while sending instructions through pc(named principal computer).Finally,the conclusion points out the place of improvement on the intelligent UPS power supply and put forward its own outlook for UPS system communication mode 。...
