Model Research Of Sotfware Project Management Based On Knowledge Management

Forty percent projects failed in the north America according to the research completed by the American Gartner Group Co.LID However,there are fewer expertises who both have the knowledge of IT and professional project management in our country.There are only a very small percentage of successful projects,most of them completely failed.From the perspective of knowledge management software, this study fully tapped tacit knowledge of individual,team,organization in the software project development and management process in order to enhancing the efficiency of software development and meeting stokeholder expectations.Based on the above objectives, we construct a software project management model based on knowledge management, describing software project management from the perspective of knowledge management,software project management process framework based on knowledge management,software project management platform and appling it to the daily practice of project management activities in order to improve management efficiency and achieve the project objectives and meet the interests of the stakeholders expectations.
