Researchment Of The Workflow-based Collaboration Enterprise Information System

With the growth of economic globalization and the gradual adjustment of ecnomic structrue of our county, surviving and developing of the enterprises inevitibly face the challenges. How to establish the leading superiority in the competitive environment, How to integrate enterprise resources providing perfect services for users, How to improve the company core capabilities through innovation and so on, All the questions aboved will be solved only when enterprises have established modern management infracstructure.The practice has proved that enterprises informatization is an important means of improving the efficiency of the enterprises management.With the advance of the Internet and the popularity of IT applications, the focus of information technology is changing from product and technology itself to management efficency. In this context, the concpet of business process management and collaborative management came into being, enterprises need to re-examine and re-construct business processes improving collaboration level.Building enterprise business units and functions unit collaboration model with workflow is the basis of the modern enterprise management infracstructure.For adapting to the changes, enpterprises should refine the workflow model with careful analysis and integrate the business units and functional unit's functions.That we help to improve the enterprise management level and enchance the core competitveness.Enterprise informization experienced changes from personal management to group collaboration, the implementation of office automation systems can not solve the problems of collaboration in the business process, enterprise collaboration management information system can avoid islands of information and integrate business processes, adapting to the changing external environment for enterprises, providing customers with better services.Base on the management theories, creating workflow-based enterprise collaboration management system focuses on project management, the establishment of human resource system, financial management system, risk identification systems, project management system, quality assurance system, through the improvement of internal business units coordination mechanisms and functions of unit construction to improve the management process, the rational allocation of resources to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises to adapt to the purpose.In this paper, with the integration about industrial engineering, project management knowledge and other theories, based on the researchment and investigation of the expoloration and surveying industry management staus, we analysis the feasibility and necessity of the collabration management system, introducing the principles and methods about workflow modeling and collaboration modeling, and also investigate the IT technology roadmap selection and the implementation and deployment of the collabration information system,finally we draw a conclusion about the research of collaboratition information system and propose some improvement prospects.
