Design And Implement Of Product Collaboration Management System For An Electronic Enterprise

With the deepening of modern manufacturing especially the information technology in electronics industry, and the development and application of new manufacturing pattern, new products continue to increase, and the cycles of R&D, manufacture and sales are getting shorter. In this context, collaboration product management for enterprises is becoming increasingly important.In this paper, a product collaboration management system for an electronic enterprise is designed and implemented, on the basis of summing up the product information and the relevant technologies of process management. The accomplished work and achieved results are as follows:1.This paper researches and analyzes the knowledge theory of collaboration management, product data management and workflow management, discusses the product data management, reference workflow model, and pointes out the importance of collaboration product management.2.According to the theory research and the requirements of one electronics enterprise, the product collaboration management system is analyzed and designed, and the system architecture and detailed functional structure of business are formed. Besides above, the system implementation has also been proposed.3.The paper Stratifies system and divides each layer into modules, and analyzes and designs the main function of platform support layer and product collaboration layer, including functions implements, such as system communication services, role-based security management, product structure management, configuration management, version management, workflow definition and engine design.The implementation proposed by this paper, can reflect accurately and timely all the information of product, which make great significance for improving the efficiency of product management, R&D capabilities and market competitiveness of enterprise. The system has been used by enterprise, which advances the development of enterprise's productivity, and makes significant economic benefits for the enterprise.
