Design and realization of a custom content in the circulation of documents and processes customized modules. And the security of the module put forward a solution for the normal operation of system to provide protection.(2) A new technology bases on RBAC(Role Based Access Control) mainly, but connect the DAC(Discretionary Access Control) and MAC(Mandatory Access Control), The purpose is to ensure the legitimate rights management, enterprises and institutions to meet the distribution of authority and flexibility characteristics.(3) For the sake of the secrecy in passing documents, we give a new method which is based on the ranks and the truly needs, it fits for the needs of enterprise and workers.This system has been applied to the office, and obtained good results, well positioned to meet the requirements of modern enterprises, and has broad market prospects.
