Office Management Information System Development And Collaboration Model, Security Model

The Computer-Support Cooperative Work(CSCW) means a work group to complete a common project synergistically supported by computer network andinterface of people and computer in a shared environment. In order to increase theefficient of the office work, in this thesis the feature of the cooperative work isdiscussed, the development method of the Office Administration InformationSystem(OAIS) is summarized, that is, Function Oriented Analysis, WorkflowOriented Design and Object Oriented Implementation; At the same time,collaboration model of OAIS is set up and analyzed with Petri network theory,thesecurity model of OAIS is studied and analyzed. After that, the architecture of Xi'anUniversity of Technology (XUT) OAIS based on groupware Lotus Notes andIntranet is proposed, the main modules of XUT OAIS, include receive fileadministration, file distribution administration, information publishing, Emailsystem and system management etc. are developed.
