With the development of network economy and knowledge economy, information becomes the key resource of economy developing and society advancement, the same as the main factor of enterprise's competition ability. At the same time, the worth of knowledge has exceeding the worth of capital and labor force, and has be becoming the most important part of productivity. The applying of information technology advances the transferring, processing and updating of knowledge, enhancing the enterprise's ability of using information efficiently, and as a result, it improves the work efficiency and producing capacity of enterprise. Facing the intensive competition, changefully national and international market, the enterprise needs to make true decision. But the true decision bases on fast and credible information, and the support of proper method. So the most important problem the enterprise is facing is that if the information department could offer the usefully information timely, exactly and all-sided, and if the information department could provide decision support service and reference scheme for the enterprise manager. Furthermore, the competition between the enterprises encircles the internal management of the enterprise, in order to make full use of the resource of its own, advance the productivity, enhance the work efficiency, and reduce the product cost. The new era brings forward new claim for information built of the enterprise. In order to adapt the developing needs of the age, we must improve the methods of collecting, processing, managing and transferring of enterprise's information. So the enterprise Enterprise Electronic Collaboration is needed.All my research work is surrounded the theory of Enterprise Electronic Collaboration. Basing on the knowledge about e-Business and enterprise information built, we discus the needs of Enterprise Electronic Collaboration. This thesis detailed discusses the content of enterprise e-Collaboration, the patterns of Enterprise Electronic Collaboration and the pivotal support technology of Enterprise Electronic Collaboration (such as network technology, EDI, workflow technology and OA, and so on).Depending on the theory research work, the thesis states a design scheme of Enterprise Electronic Collaboration prototype system, including function design, frame structure, network flat and module design, etc., and the interfaces with other MIS system. Workflow tech, knowledge management and information integration are included in the design prototype system. Basing on the prototype system, the thesis has a deep research on Enterprise Electronic Collaboration system, designing and developing the XunDa Enterprise Electronic Collaboration system.At the end of the thesis, it summarizes the whole article from theory and developing, puts forward the orientation of Enterprise Electronic Collaboration theory and the systemdeveloping of the future.
