| IT should be the tool to make enterprises’ business more effective.Unfortunately, most of the enterprises have a priority problem during theinformatization construction development--the disconnection between IT andbusiness workflow. The collaboration management system could straighten up thiskind of problem. The workflow management is the core of this system, which couldsupport various departments to cooperate more smoothly. More and more enterpriseswhich have basic informatization respect start to pay close attention to workflowmanagement system, and it has become a critical connection between businessprocess and IT system.Meanwhile, the integration between the workflow managementsystem and applications will become more obviously.This report begin with the introduction of workflow’s definition and relevanttechnical terms; analyses the BPM business process management system architecture;based on WfMC workflow model, made the BPM business process managementsystem model&workflow engine summary.Secondly, this paper viewed from the Perfect World’s requirements tocollaboration management system, and analyzing the functional/non-functionalrequirements. Finally, due to the system requirements analysis, proceed the designingand implementing of collaboration management system which based on workflowsection. During the implementation, it revealed the workflow management systemhow to drive and control the dynamic business process; satisfying the proteanbusiness requirements from various enterprises; and it could integrate with other ERPsystem and realized the data transition.This paper analyzed the collaboration business situation/the main businessprocess/workflow system enhancement requirements of Perfect World, analyzed andgenerated the model of collaboration management system. This model’s core is BPMsystem, and it based on workflow&SOA.The implementation of Perfect Word collaboration management system iscompleted and got high reputation both in manipulation and profits. |
