The idea of banks is changing from account-focused to customer-focused. The market competition is mainly the competition of customer occupancy rather than market share. The bank that could understand the potential demand of customer can make more value. The bank manager and the customer service manager is able to understand the customer comprehensively and grasp the demand of the customer using the system.The article is based on the theoretical research and design of customer management system. The customer management system used these concepts and designs is developed in Visual Studio2008 with B/S three-layer framework, adopts Windows Server 2003 as the server and SQL Server 2000 as backend database management system.This paper achieves the results in following aspects:Firstly, the background of CRM system development is instructed based on a lot of research of relative system and literature. The advantage of foreign banks and the condition of local bank are analyzed then. The analysis indicates that the CRM system of the bank is regarded as the key of the sustainable development and competition as well as that there exist a huge development space of CRM system.Secondly, the .NET and MVC technology that are used in this system is analyzed in detail in this paper, which provide theoretical foundation and technology support. The requirement analysis of the system is implemented based on the realities of a bank. UML is used for visualization modeling of the system. The development team can understand the requirement of the system in visualization with UML.Thirdly, the design of the system and database is implemented based on the detail requirement analysis. The system can be deployed on the internal network. The system achieves the modules of system management, working platform, customer information management, customer resource management, customer product management and bordereaux analysis.Finally, the CRM system is tested in detail. The test plan is made first. The detail test example and script is designed and implemented and then the bug is submitted. Then the test result is summed up and the system is released finally. Finally the operating results are analyzed.
