With the economic and technological development, globalization and developmentof information technology, many new ideas and patterns of thought appears, it appearsmore existing bank customer management model more limited, no longer meet thedevelopment requirements of the times, especially in the banking sector digitization,information technology reform is inevitable. Therefore, the subject of use of theASP.NET technology to design customer information management system interface andfunctions of the SQL database specifically for the digitization of bank customermanagement system, forming a complete banking customers manage digital platforms.Firstly, demand analysis bank customer information management system forsystem building goals, introduces bank customer information management concepts,condition,building objectives,architecture and technical characteristics,analyze customerinformation management system functional requirements, environmental requirements,system use cases needs and analyze the system interface style, the overall performance,subsequently established bank customer information management system data flow.Second, for the business function modules, function processes, application level,network topology design, customer information management system on the banks of theoverall structure of analysis and design, based on the contents of the systemrequirements, the design of customer information management business for banksoperating functions. Meanwhile, the use of UML modeling design sequence diagramsand state diagrams, ER diagrams in the use of the design, the establishment of bankcustomer information management system database, a detailed table of contents of thedatabase design, analyze and design business processes operating data.Finally, the design and implementation of each system module are: user loginauthentication modules, customer information management page, add modulescustomer information, customer information query module, customer feedbackinformation management module, customer policy analysis and management module,customer information to follow up module, the system management and maintenancemodule and other modules for functional business modules designed managementinterface, the operation code and operating procedures, the completion of bank customerinformation management to achieve business functions. Through systematic testing and analysis, such as data is added, data query, data delete operation function is stable, thetest results derived system, its performance and function indicators are basically in linewith the bank customer data management system, the basic requirements.In short, small business banking customer management system focusing oncustomer management theory research and development, combined with the bankingunits of the actual business customer management, customer management through thesystem, customer strategy, customer analysis, customer tracking, organically integratedinto one. Small Business Banking customer management system development, customermanagement information in the bank building, with a position can not be ignored.
