Grain is the basic resource for the survival of humans. It is a very important step to scientifically storage the grain of producing grain. Improper administration can bring a huge waste. The key problem of administration of granary is monitoring the temperature and humidity in grain stack. The monitor system for the large granary based on the ZigBee wireless sensor networks which combined with embedded, sensor and wireless sensor network technology is designed in this paper. The system has solved the problems of cable installation, complex routing high cost in the granary storage monitoring system.The standard and framework of IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee is particularly introduced. The paper designs the data acquisition processing algorithm which combines the Kalman filter with the optimal weighted data fusion, and confirms the possibility and the advantages of the algorithm through the MATLAB simulation. The algorithm achieves real-time and high accuracy which are required in the data acquisition processing, reduces the redundancy, and increases the availability of network.A cluster head and some measurement nodes are set in the barn. The measurement node which is composed of CC2520, MSP430and SHT11can realize the optimal estimation of the measurement and raise the anti-interference ability by Kalman filter. The cluster head is composed of CC2520and S3C6410. To save the network energy, the node realizes the transmission of the same area signal fusion by the optimal weighted data fusion. The paper designs the monitor interface based by VB in PC, which realizes the display of the temperature, moisture and alarm information. In the granary site, the system also realizes remote control of the electrical equipment.
