The graduated college students are encouraged to be village officers, which an important program supported by the government. This program will speed up the construction of new village, train officers and give them more experience. In a word, this program is meaningful.Now it is still difficult for all the graduated students to be village officers. Only small parts of the students would like to work in village. Most of the village officers are lack of experience and not responsible for their work. Some officers just see their jobs as a platform and what they care is just the benefits. In addition, some officers don't think the job is suitable for them and want more directions. Such students didn't try their best to finish their job.In order to inspire the student village officers'creativeness and advocate them to work hard, a reasonable solution is necessary. The content of the solution is how to evaluate the officers'achievement. With this method, the village officers will compete with each other to get a great achievement and avoid punishment.With the development of computer science, the application of internet, storing techniques and database techniques, it's possible to develop an achievement evaluation system for the college student village officers. Web-based evaluation system is a new approach to compute the contributions of each officer, which correspond to the development of society. In this paper, taking into account the background of Weifang college student village officers and the related theories, an achievement evaluation system if developed based on asp.net. This system can be used to evaluate the officers'efficiency and contribution according to which the department can decide punish or award them.The design of database is flexible. Different people will be allocated with different roles according their department and responsibility. This makes sure the system is safe and reliable. The implementation of the system will save human source, time and other resources. In addition, this system will reduce the probability of mistakes, simplify the workflow and improve the efficiency. In conclusion, this system will be a good example for contribution evaluation.
