Media Sight And Rural Areas, As The Domain Of College Students, "village Official" Image

Society is composed of various groups, college students are a very important one, and college student "Village" is a particular part of the student population. Relative to the millions of college graduates each year, the whole college students "Village" in our country now are two hundred thousand or so. They jump from the "Dragon" back to "agricultural gates" and favored the halo response to the state's call to work in the rural areas. Their dreams, hopes and realities of rural post should get the focus of attention up to all levels of governments down to the common people in general.Media reports focused on the issues of college students "Village" in recent years, the industry has showed great enthusiasm and attention to college students "Village" news. In this study, the images of college students "Village" in the news reports are the object of the research, and use the method of content analysis to make specific interpretation of the text, and then describe the media images of college students "Village".As to the reality images of college student "Village" in the village, this study uses the method of depth interviews of college student "Village", the villagers and village leaders. After the research, it concludes that the villagers and college students "Village" put forward higher expectations to college students "Village". But village leaders, by contrast, take a tepid attitude for college students "Village". After a period of hard work, three groups show different expectations and the reality of perception, but consistently, village leaders also take the tepid attitude to students "Village".By comparison, the images of college students "Village" in the domain of media and country are different. In view of this, the author reviews the images which are described in the media, and analyses the problems of college students "Village" in the news report, and attempts to explore the reasons of the differences, and then advances the proposal to improve the images of college students "Village" from the domain of the media and college students "Village".Concerned with the images of college students "Village" from the sight of media and country, and then handle the relationship of media coverage and college Students "Village", which relates to the social responsibility and historical mission of mass media. And it is also an inevitable requirement to construct the mainstream values of mass media.
