Analysis And Research On Discourse Of College Student Village Official Reports In "China Youth Daily"

The work of college student village officials is an indispensable talent force in the overall promotion of the rural revitalization strategy and an important part of agricultural work."China Youth Daily" is the official newspaper of the Communist Youth League Central Committee.It focuses on youth groups as the main reporting targets.College student village officials,as representative young people,have attracted the attention of "China Youth Daily." Therefore,using "China Youth Daily" as a sample source can effectively present the discourse and construction characteristics of college student village officials' reports.This research starts from the perspective of discourse analysis and studies 207 report texts on college student village officials by China Youth Daily from January2015 to December 2020.The core question that this article attempts to discuss is:What are the characteristics of the discourse dimension of the report of the "China Youth Daily" college student village officials? What are the social practical factors that affect his discourse? What are the shortcomings of reporting discourse and how should the media report such incidents? This article draws on the discourse analysis methods of Fair craft and Van Dick,supplemented by quantitative analysis,from the four aspects of news report text,discourse practice,social practice and realistic thinking of news discourse.The study found that in terms of macro discourse,China Youth Daily has broad topics and is closely connected with society,but it does not pay enough attention to issues such as rural cultural society and the personal lives of college student village officials.The schema structure of news presents specific characteristics in terms of overview,scenario,evaluation,etc.It combines commentary and has multiple perspectives.In terms of micro-discourse,the rhetoric is diverse and the expression level is rich.It uses the three-line way of statement,description,and quotation to flexibly call vocabulary and sentence patterns,present news texts,and construct news facts.Through discourse analysis and research on "China Youth Daily" reports on college student village officials,it can show the way the media constructs its reports,so that the public can understand the report status,text construction and discourse characteristics of college student village officials,and to a certain extent arouse the society Attention to university student village officials' policies and groups has helped the process of rural revitalization.
