Topic originates from the author’s medium occupation schools Electronic practical teaching. In recent years, due to various reasons, the electronic professional practical teaching reform concern in the process of training hardware equipment construction and effective use of equipment takes seriously insufficient; pay attention to strengthening the skill training for students of training learning state and training emotional attention enough; adhere to the " employment guidance" but for electronic majors employment orientation or limitations in the traditional sense, with the development of society and the requirements are out of line, electron specialty in the secondary vocational school teaching quality is not high. All this to medium occupation schools electronic professional practical teaching reform puts forward new requirement:electronic professional training course especially the research on the curriculum content should be further and update, for students’ practice and training status of emotional attention still needs to be strengthened, on electronic professional practical teaching effectiveness was also required to explore and improve continuously.In order to strengthen the students’ practical interest, improve the electronic professional practical teaching actual effect, promotes the students’ sustainable development, according to the Ministry of education on further deepening the reform of education and teaching in secondary occupation opinions, constructivist theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, need motivation theory as a guide, by setting the medium occupation school electronic professional training content of professional basic skills module and job skills module, and to the diversification of teaching, cultivating students’ sense of self-efficacy, training question consciousness, the enterprise into the training course of practice teaching system and other measures to solve this problem. The design in the careful analysis of the characters of students and business requirements on the basis of electronic practice teaching, the teaching content and method of application. This design is put into use, the school electronic professional teachers and students fully affirmed, improve the teaching effect.
