Computer. Vocational Specialized Courses Of Effective Teaching Practice

Teaching is an extremely complex activity, and its valid enhancement relates to various factors. How to use scientific content, ideal methods raising the teaching efficiency as much as possible, facilitating the ideal student study, achieving the ideal teaching goal, that is always the topic which the educator has paid attention to. In recent years, through unceasing research and exploration, many achievements have been gained, but to the vocational education, the research only just starts and will be taken seriously gradually. In vocational schools, the computer specialty is the recent emerging specialty developed quickly, its specialized teaching making wide difference with other traditional curriculum. But in the realistic teaching, many teachers are accustomed to the traditional educational model, causing the computer specialized classroom instruction to low efficiency or invalid phenomenon. In this paper, results of research on effective teaching were utilized in discussing how to carry out the effective teaching strategy by teachers, and to optimize organization and implementation of teaching, so as to achieve the definite teaching goal.Firstly, this paper expounded the connotation of "effective teaching", then basing on this, defined the effective teaching of computer professional course in vocational schools, analyzed the meaning of realizing that effective teaching, the idea should have and the reference standards. Meanwhile, the domestic and foreign research situations of effective teaching were outlined briefly. Then, the effective teaching method was used as a reference to examine current teaching status of the computer specialty in vocational schools, to reveal the main existing problems in teaching, and further probe into the essential causes of the existing problem from the three factors just as students, teachers and teaching content.Besides, this paper discussed four effective teaching principles, which should be followed in vocational schools' computer specialty, and by combining with occupational features, proposed some strategies which have some strong operability, such as, seeking for the life meaning of computer teaching to stimulate the students' study interests, rational using of instructional media to improve classroom demonstration effect, displaying teaching wit to harmonize the relationship between teachers and students and to create a harmonious classroom atmosphere, enabling the computer games to become a teaching method, incorporating computer specialized characteristic to enhance practical efficiency of classroom practices, and, emphasizing on teaching evaluation to comprehensively promote the realization of effective teaching. These strategies have the strong operationality, and applied in the teaching practice to carry on the experimental verification, and have made the good progress.
