Design And Implementation Of The University Assets Management Information System

Based on network, digital campus can sufficiently improve the traditional functions of a university by building a digital space, where all resources and activities including teaching, research, management, and service are digitalized. Therefore, building digital campus is the inevitable trend of university informatization in China. Efficient accurate secure and integrated school property information and scientific standardized management will influence teaching and researching remarkably as the important supportive environment.Based on the Microsoft .Net platform, this research developed a B / S real estate management information system in Colleges and universities by using C # language and SQL Server 2005 database. The author uses authentication, password encryption, data visualization and other key technologies to design and develop this system , which establish an adequate model of data management, data sharing, in a variety of conditions to provide comprehensive data query, retrieval, summarization, statistics and other functions. This paper first briefly introduces the background, research of the real estate management information system domestic and overseas, the work the author has done, and related knowledge and technology. Then explains how the system has been developed in detail and the key techniques to achieve it. Finally, the author drew a conclusion and put forward the goals of follow-up research.This system has been used as a part of the digital campus.
