With wider and deeper use of information technology in management, the application of its system in the technique aspect has gradually been ripe for settlement. To survive and develop, the enterprises ought to organize their work and activities effectively and tighten up their business management as well. In other words, various resources inside the business such as manpower resources, financing and assets, should be managed effectively so as to establish a suitable and perfect system of information management.According to the practical demand for the sales management in the real estate industry, this thesis intends to introduce a process of the system of information management, based on Visual Basic. In the process an overall planning from above to below and the strategies of application and development from below to above are adopted. The research analyses the drawbacks of traditional man-made management in the real estate sales and puts forward a few effective computer-aided sales plans. The thesis describes the basic structure of the whole real estate sales. As for the main part of the system analysis , the system designing and the system realization, this research gives a detailed introduction to the analyses of the possibility of the system realization ,the analyses of the organic structure , the analyses of management function, the analyses of working process and the daily routine work. The design of the systematic function and the design of database are focused on in this thesis.
