Design And Implementation Of Hangu Saltern Real Estate Management System

With the development of economic integration and the arrival of information process, information technology has gradually penetrated into all aspects of the enterprise, the enterprise information management has become the enterprise information application in the most popular areas. Many large companies have production rooms, the office of housing, commercial housing and other types of housing and industrial land, commercial use, land, housing, land management has become an arduous task. The use of land for housing, the technology of the computer and network management can enhance the enterprise to the housing, land resources management level, improve the management level of the enterprise.In this dissertation, the existing housing land management system as the research object, from the system development background, system key technology research, system analysis, system design and system realization were introduced in detail in Hangu saltern of real estate management system design and development process. Through the system requirements analysis is necessary to explain the system design, including the analysis of feasibility analysis, functional and non functional requirements, business process analysis, the design of the real estate management system should have the function and the problems to be solved. The system uses the C/S structure, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as the development platform, using Visual C# as the system development language, databa se using Microsoft SQL Server2008. The system of four subsystems, eleven function modules are analyzed and designed, and the database analysis and design. In this paper, the design idea of the combination of structured programming and object oriented programming for the system to be achieved, the system to achieve the function of visualization model built by UML.This system meets the Hangu saltern of housing, land management, improve the function, practicality, high reliability, the application of this system can greatly improve the enterprise housing, land management efficiency, but also provide important information for management decisions.
