With the booming development of real estate market and assess industry, the management system of appraisal real estate assets provides a dedicated platform, which can choose viable methods, after approval workflow, you can obtain a accurate result of assessment and improving the quality and efficiency of assessment. According to proved，the workflow management system based on SOA using the adaptability, ease of operation, rapid response and other characteristics in SOA architecture, enable enterprises can customize workflows,response to external events in fast, it has a very important role in competitiveness of enterprises in the market.
