The Technology Innovation Research In The Library Development Process

After the experience of the agricultural economy and industrial economy, today knowledge revolution is sweeping across the world. Knowledge and information production, dissemination and application more and more widely used in social production and human life, so the knowledge economy is coming. To meet the challenge of the knowledge economy, the whole society needs national innovation. The report of the 17th National People's Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out:improving the ability of independent innovation and building an innovation-oriented country are cores of the national development strategy and are the keys to improve our comprehensive national strength. Innovation is the basis and engine in the development of knowledge economy, the knowledge economy needs the support of the national innovation system. As a traditional information service branch, Library is one of the national innovation agents. Its innovation is the inevitable requirement for the development of knowledge economy. Therefore, the research of library technological innovation has some practical significance. Based on the analysis of the library development process, this paper uses the technological innovation model to reveal the evolution of library technology innovation.This article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction, describes the purpose and significance of the topic, research ideas and methods, the article's innovation. The second chapter is the research base, focuses on the development process of library research, library features of the various stages of development, and the research of the library technology innovation in domestic and foreign. ChapterⅢand IV introduce the process-based innovation model. ChapterⅤis the main chapter of this paper, combining with library development process, using historical statistical methods and the technical innovation model, analyze the evolution of library technology innovation. Finally, the conclusion of Chapter VI is that the library technology innovation is a process including continuous technology evolution and non-continuous revolution.
