Research On Product Innovation Design And Software Development Based On TRIZ

Technology Innovation being developed continually can provide guarantee for the rapid and lasting development of the company. Among so many innovation methods, the technological innovation theory which former Soviet Union G.S. Altshuller invented has received the widespread application. TRIZ combines design theory and design methods effectively, so the design process can be reified and the life cycle of innovation be shortened. With the highly developing of the computer Technology,computer-aided innovation integrates with the knowledge in many fields,makes the technology innovation easier.This article firstly introduces the definition and basic theory of TRIZ,the new system diagram of TRIZ is presented. The diagram includes the main contents of TRIZ and their relations. A new flow chart is presented to introduce the problem-solving steps of TRIZ .The flow chart helps designers find problem-solving methods quickly and technology innovation will develop more rapidly.Then the article puts emphasis on the research on technology evolution theory of TRIZ,introduces traditional TRIZ technical system evolution section s-curve and the new curve group,and the application of the technology maturity foresight curves in technology foresight; By analyzing traditional patenrs and paths of evoltuion, patenrs of evoltuion and paths of evoltuion which are used the most in technical system are summarized.on the fundation of the traditional evolutionary potential radar plot,a new drawing method of potential radar plot is presented.Based on the above theory this paper develops computer-aided innovation system which takes Visual C++ as development tool and takes Microsoft Access as background database. The system mainly include four modules,those are TRIZ introduction module, contradiction matrix module(including principles),trends of evolution module and patent query module. The function and the using methods of the modules are introduced, designers can choose different module based on the various problems.Finally,based on the technology evolution theory and implementation of the computer system,the evolution process of the wrench is analyzed and forecasted,that confirms the validation of the system. The system can help designers break stereotyped thinking and provide designers with right design direction and high-effective design methods.
