Itcommunicates the mobile endpoits through the mobile network to do do electronictransaction. In the other word, mobile E-commerce extends the traditional E-commercevery well. With the rapid development of communication and network market in China,the domestic telecom operators have developed in a diversified development trend.Along with the expanded scale of China’s mobile communication network, restructuringof the telecommunications industry, and an endless stream of new technologies and newbusiness, the competition in the telecommunications market will become more andmore intense. On the one hand, various telecom operators take efforts to improve theircompetitiveness, and train and develop more users. On the other hand, they are activelyinvolved in the development of new telecom services up. Due to mobile payment’sconvenience, as a new cost of clearing, it has attracted the attention from mobileoperators, financial, online merchants and consumers of all ages.This paper introduced a remote payment system based on intelligent card. The ideaof this system is based on the concept of mobile wallet. First, the paper makes athorough analysis to and a comparison among three mobile payment account settingsand implementations. Second, the system’s implementation based on the actualdemands is set up, including the logical structure of the system, network architecture,function modules, payment processes and security controls.The paper introduces the design and implementation of the financial card, terminalclient system and background payment system.The smart card remote payment system has the following functions:1. Support RFID wireless interface and near transactions in the market POSmachines.2. Support SD interface and input or print financial transaction messages. 3. Support the exchange of packets between the mobile phone terminal softwareand back-office payment server system through the wireless network.4. Support the function of account information management, prepaid recharge,bill payment, credit card payments, bill inquiries and remote consume management inmobile termials.
