Hu Ning Company's highway public transport infrastructure inspection management system is a important tool to raise the inspection quality and efficiency under the condition of cost controllability,with its critical goal as improving the normalization and refinement in contents,methods and measures for its inspection business.This thesis discusses the design and implementation works around this application subject.In accordance with the software engineering theory,the following works are presented in this thesis.Stared with analyzing the global functions and specific problems which need to be addressed on basis the company's transport infrastructure inspection business features and some varieties,the major requirements are established including inspection operation related planning,task information and data processing demands.Important use case models and related analysis are illustrated.On these foundations the software design related works including architecture framework,database scheme,major modules' internal design and programming are also presented,with some exemplifications on typical data structure,algorithmic processing flow,architecture components and programming methods.Some representative database tablets,design models and test cases are also briefly presented.This software is implemented with C# and database Oracle.It is proved by its current trial running that it can meet the inspection information management demands but also can actively improve the normalization and refinement in contents,methods and measures for the company's inspection business,building up a well solid foundation for higher quality inspection operations in the long run.
