The Analysis And Design Of Supply Chain Information Sharing Platform

With the globalization of the economy and the Internet economy, marketenvironment changing rapidly, exchanges and cooperation between enterprises isbecoming increasingly important. In order to achieve exchange and cooperationbetween enterprises, many experts and scholars involved in the study of supply chainmanagement in the past. Through their research that, in the case of supply chainmanagement, enterprise supply chain needs to get rid of the limitations of traditionalmanagement concepts, and are willing to take out of the business related informationto share with other companies. This information is shared by the way, to achieve thepurpose of collaboration between enterprises, improve the competitiveness andmaximize benefits of the supply chain.In order to improve the competitiveness of the whole supply chain, supply chainbased on the core enterprise business decisions, analyze what information companiesneed to come up with other companies to share and use appropriate technologies andmanagement tools to build an information-sharing platform. It is focus oninter-enterprise integration of heterogeneous data, so that all enterprises in the supplychain can be easily and quickly shared valid information with other companies.Through information sharing platform, to provide decision support for the corebusiness in the supply chain, such as market forecasts, issued orders, etc, and providefast and accurate inventory management information to the supply chain downstreamenterprises, thereby improving their ability to respond to market changes. At the sametime, by constructing appropriate information sharing model, enterprise supply chaininformation can be more effective role to play out, the use of these effectiveinformation to make rational decisions, to reduce the risk faced by enterprises,through information sharing and effective control bullwhip effect generated when thetransmission of information in the supply chain.This paper analyzes the existing problems of supply chain information sharing,based on the research of basic theory and construction status of the supply chaininformation flow and information-sharing platform, build needs analysis andfeasibility analysis and detailed design of the supply chain information sharingplatform, and use the cloud computing technology, the search engine technology andheterogeneous data exchange technology to design it, draw system architecture andnetwork architecture platform, finally, combined with industry-specific informationsharing platform for case study.
