Research And Application Of General Quality Information Management System Based On ISO9000

With globalization of economy and more and more intensity of competition, the enterprise must adopt advanced quality management thought/methods and technology to improve it's production quality continuously, and enhance quality management of the enterprise, and to make it's some development. Advanced Quality Information Management System (QIMS) is the important approach to improve quality management of the enterprise, the enterprise environment under modern manufacture performs mostly as a dynamic system with continuous changing, and the most current QIMS is lack of adaptability that they can't satisfy dynamic requirement of quality management in enterprise gradually. The dissertation provides the theory of General Quality Information Management System (GQIMS). The theory can resolve flexibility and adaptability of QIMS which can improve quality management of enterprises. The main work of this paper include:1,The concept of GQIMS is derived in order to satisfy requirement of Quality Information Management System under dynamic enterprise environment, structural and modal architecture and the framework development and application process of GQIMS are discussed.2,An object-oriented system formation method is proposed based on the intrinsical characteristics of quality management action, reference function framework oriented ISO9000 and deal flow of quality information are set up. 3,Universal technical is particular researched on two aspects of general functions and dynamic data structure, the customize method of customizing information system in definition mode and managing quality information in run mode is discussed, the description and management of opening database structure are detailed.4,General development platform of GQIMS is present, which simply development process and supply universal function , and the practical realization method of dynamic reconfiguration and adaptability is detailed.5,Some key realization technologies concerned GQIMS are discussed, include foundation of system object model, automatic generation of graphical user interface and dynamic processing of universal quality information report. prototyping approach based on object-oriented is recommend, sample applications of archetypal system is described.
