Research On Customer Management System For Sales Logistics Of Iron And Steel Enterprise

With the acceleration of global economic integration and increasing competition, In order to get maximum profit, iron and steel enterprise should positively develop sail logistics and find new source for profit growth, based on innovation of old science and technology. As a kind of special resource, customers are more and more focused by companies. Customer management system for sales logistics of iron and steel enterprise is studied in this paper from the perspective of actual needs.The background of the issue is introduced firstly in this paper. Then the research and application of customer management system nowadays is analyzed. By comparing several existing system architecture, B/S Architecture is taken by this system. With J2EE development platform, combined with MVC design pattern, SSH design framework, a B/S architecture of customer management system is designed for sales logistics of iron and steel enterprise. The system is divided into three subsystems according to logistics characteristics of iron and steel enterprise, including customer information management, delivery fax and authority management.Design significance, database design, module design, input and output design, and function realization design of each subsystem is illustrated in detail.Customer information management subsystem extends the scope of customer information. Delivery-fax subsystem is better than old fax model. In authority management subsystem, advantages and disadvantages of several common access control policies are described. Role-based access control policy is taken and Spring Security protection mechanism is used to develop authority management for the whole system.Finally, the characteristics of the system are summarized. And several improvements are pointed out.
